It will also help to build knowledge in terms of legal and tax implications. Delivered with a straight-forward and jargon-free approach it breaks down all the fundamentals of business finance to give you confidence whether you’re a beginner or a more experienced entrepreneur.
In the workshop we will cover:
– Tips for pitching to finders/investors
– Case studies for different types of business finance
– Negotiating with funders/investors
– Introduction to technical things such as term sheets, due diligence and contracts
– Tax, including schemes sich as SEIS, EIS and Advance Assurance
– Maintaining relationships with funders/investors.
